Determinants of interest to join sharia cooperative members

Cooperatives are still one of the many solutions offered from concept populist economy which was initiated since time independence. However, after several years cooperative existence there cases that have not been successfully handled by government related to cooperatives fraudulent and act criminally against their members. This has made people's trust in begin decline. study aims determine factors can increase interest joining members, namely interpersonal skills, organizational image religiosity. The research method used structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) using Smartpls version 3 application. results showed skills had a significant positive effect on religiosity intention join. Furthermore, mediates influence between two independent variables.
